Job Description
Dental Receptionist - South County St. Louis Urgent Dental is hiring an experienced front office receptionist for our South County location. We are a different kind of dental practice: instead of providing routine cleanings and traditional twice-a-year preventive dentistry, our team focuses on urgent, problem-focused dental care for patients who are in pain, dealing with a dental emergency, or need help when most dental offices are closed. Our offices offer expanded evening, weekend, and holiday appointment availability, and many patients are able to schedule care the same day. This role is ideal for someone who is calm, professional, highly organized, and comfortable helping patients who may be anxious, uncomfortable, or calling with an urgent dental concern. As the first point of contact, you will help patients understand our appointment process, gather basic information, coordinate communication with the clinical team, answer phones, respond to emails and chats, and keep the front office running smoothly during evening and weekend hours.
