Dental Front Office Representative About Us:

Our team takes pride in building strong relationships with patients and helping them achieve optimal oral health. We are currently looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued patients.
Responsibilities:
Greet and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism Schedule appointments and manage the practice's calendar efficiently Verify patient insurance and collect necessary documentation Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries Manage patient records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and office upkeep
Requirements:
Prior dental front office or healthcare administrative experience preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes is a plus Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental) preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask High school diploma or equivalent required
