(Laurel and Petal) •Starting pay range is depending on experience Duties Greet patients and visitors as soon as they enter the office, must be friendly yet professional Understand/Maintain patient confidentiality, pay attention to detail, provide accurate information to patients Daily preparation of charts, checking patients in/out during clinic, verify insurances, collect and apply payments received, schedule patient appointments Ability to answer multi-line phone system, perform basic clerical duties, keep waiting area and work area clean
