Job Description

Veterinary Care Coordinator:
If you love caring for animals and their owners, we may be the workplace for you. www.clarkforkvet.com Team job duties include but are not limited to: Client Communication, face-to-face, verbal, and written Answering phones on a multi-line phone system Management of appointment and boarding schedule Patient intake and discharge Efficient management of client and patient flow Facilitating client payments Electronic and paper filing of clinic documents Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a reliable method of transportation. Strong computer skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently Physical Requirements Must be able to work with cleaning equipment and chemicals. Must be able to lift and carry animals and product up to 40 pounds (will be assisted by other staff members in lifting animals over 40 pounds.) Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Position schedule is 20-40 hours per week. Pay is dependent upon experience.
