Job Description
Northgate Eye Center is an independent eye care practitioner clinic seeking motivated people who are truly excited to be at work, meet new patients, create relationships with patients and like to be the in the middle of the excitement. The position is located in Cameron, NC, in the Spout Springs area, just north of Ft. Bragg. We offer an established patient base that is growing rapidly, equipment, supplies and complete office support. The clinic is a 5k sq. ft. facility with state-of-the-art equipment. The clinic is beautifully decorated and was created and designed by Eye Designs and Goodrich Architecture. Opened in June 2013, Northgate Eye Center offers patients advance eye care by people who truly care about their health and providing the best brands and styles in international eyewear. Bragg, Sanford and Fayetteville area. We are seeking energetic, confident, and professional people. We have created a unique, luxurious clinic and optical showroom that is unlike any in the region. This is a clinic where people come to receive the highest quality care and buy high quality eyewear not because they have to but because they want quality service and products. Qualities we are looking for in our staff. Set the tone for every person who calls or walks through the door. You are the first step in a positive experience for our patients. You are the face we are putting forward to our community. You are able to be positive and excited about every patient's visit regardless of the day of the week or the hour of the day. Provide exceptional service. Work with patients to ensure they feel welcome and have an amazing experience at Northgate Eye Center. Be a confident consultant. Help all patients and future patients understand everything the clinic provides them by your deep understanding of everything we do. Inform patients. Use "plain speak" to review office policy, eye care procedures and the total process, eyewear prescription terminology so the patient can understand and make sense of their eye care needs to make confident decisions. Talk to everyone making them feel welcome: Communicate well with patients, doctors, vendors and fellow Northgate team members. Know our stuff. Equipment, testing procedures, benefits of our services and why they are important, policies, brands and styles of frames and lenses their unique qualities and their benefits, know why we only offer the highest quality. You must be able to talk with confidence about all of our services. Your interaction with the patients sets the tone of the exam and their experience and we rely on your ability to communicate. Be accurate. Always know and understand exactly what you are communicating to patients. They don't always hear what you think you said. Get the little things right. Be detail-oriented in every aspect of clinic operations.
