About the Practice We are a state-of-the-art, comprehensive dental practice specializing in integrative and holistic dentistry, connecting oral health with whole-body wellness through advanced technology and biological, minimally invasive care. The team focuses on prevention, patient education, and collaboration with other wellness providers to support long-term health. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a dental professional who is excited to grow with an innovative, wellness-centered practice. The Office Administrator will be a key partner in shaping patient experience, supporting practice systems, and helping integrate a new philosophy of dentistry into daily operations. What You'll Do Lead daily front office operations, including phones, scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out. Coordinate treatment schedules to support efficient patient flow and an excellent patient experience. Serve as a communication hub between patients and clinical team Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other practice policies. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in the dental field (HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED
) Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Comfort with dental practice management software and standard office tools (email, Excel/Sheets, etc.). A genuine interest in integrative, biological, and holistic approaches to dentistry and whole-body wellness. Curiosity, reliability, and a willingness to learn new systems and philosophies.
