Dental Receptionist

We are a fun, down-to-earth dental team looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist/Front Desk ! We are a well-established PRIVATE practice in the South Charlotte near Uptown. Serving the people in the community with PPO and FFS only. Come and utilize your skills to the fullest potential & be part of a patient-focused practice. Open 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00.

Qualifications:

- You must present knowledge of EagleSoft and Billing. Must understand the ins and outs of dental insurance and how to manage practice finances and A/R. Job description includes, but not limited to: treatment scheduling, answering phone calls, verifying insurance benefits, filing insurance claims, denial management and appeals, applying EOBs, billing patients and collecting. We are a heavy PPO practice and do not participate in Medicaid. Experience with billing is necessary. - Must be a team player, organized, professional, have a positive attitude and have great customer service skills.
