This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, advanced computer knowledge, and a professional communication style. The assignment will begin as a 3- to 4-month temporary position and may lead to a permanent opportunity based on business needs and performance. The ideal candidate is dependable, technology-savvy, organized, and eager to learn. This opportunity is a great fit for a recent college graduate looking to gain professional experience in a medical office setting while contributing to a supportive healthcare team. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient and office information in computer systems. Support front office operations, assist in provider requests for medical records, answer incoming calls, and assist patients professionally. Prepare, scan, file, and organize medical records, forms, reports, and correspondence. Use office software, electronic systems, and related technology to complete administrative tasks efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information in a professional and compliant manner. Provide general clerical support to medical providers, office staff, and leadership as needed. Qualifications Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail required. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn medical office systems quickly. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
