WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Medical Receptionist - Insurance Biller, you will serve as a vital connection between patients, providers, and insurance carriers while helping the office run smoothly and efficiently. You will greet patients with warmth and professionalism, answer questions with confidence, manage appointment schedules, verify insurance information, prepare and submit claims, track claim status, post payments, review patient balances, and communicate with insurance companies regarding billing matters. You will help patients stay on track with their recommended care plans by coordinating appointments, following up on missed visits, and ensuring everyone leaves with a clear understanding of their next steps. Throughout the day, you will maintain accurate records, protect confidential information, work within established billing procedures, and contribute to an organized, welcoming environment where patients receive an exceptional experience.

•$18.00-22.00 per hour•
Schedule:

Preferred Qualifications:
