- Front Desk Receptionist Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States Full-Time | Front Desk Receptionist | Fayetteville, NC Join a respected, physician-led independent Family Medicine practice serving the Fayetteville community.
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM- When last patient leaves usually 6 PM but also needs to be flexible 8AM
- 5PM or 7AM
- 4PM•Competitive Compensation•Comprehensive Benefits Package including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and more•Supportive, team-oriented environment with long-tenured staff•Modern EHR system to streamline scheduling and communication•Stable, independent practice with a strong community reputation Key Responsibilities•Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out•Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage provider calendars•Verify insurance information and collect co-pays•Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information•Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and medical forms•Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed•Ensure compliance with privacy, safety, and practice protocols•Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced outpatient setting Qualifications•High school diploma or equivalent required•Prior medical office or customer service experience preferred•Familiarity with EHR systems (experience in healthcare setting a plus)•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Ability to multitask and stay organized•Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor Skills and Competencies•Excellent customer service and phone etiquette•Accuracy in data entry and documentation•Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff•Comfort managing a steady flow of patients and tasks•Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Join Our Team If you're a friendly, organized, and service-oriented professional who enjoys helping patients and supporting a collaborative medical team, we'd love to connect.
