Medical Receptionist

We are in need of a full time position. We are in our new state of the art hospital in beautiful Oak Ridge, NC. We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person with exceptional customer service skills who enjoys working with animals and the public. We anticipate this position being an 8 week assignment.

What You Will Do:

Receptionists are a liaison between the clients and medical support staff. They are responsible for, but not limited to: Answering a high volume of calls Triaging information via phone calls Scheduling appointments Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, including putting together surgical and appointment paperwork Checking patients in and out for appointments. Accept and process point-of-service payments Clerical duties, including scanning, uploading documents and processing end of day payments.

What You Will Bring :
