Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling Schedule appointments and direct patients to the appropriate provider or department Verify insurance coverage and collect copayments Enter and maintain accurate patient information in the EMR system Register patients and ensure all required forms are completed and signed Qualifications 1-2 years of Medical Front Desk Receptionist experience or equivalent Prior medical office experience is required High School Diploma or GED Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office procedures Strong phone, data entry, and customer service skills Athena EMR experience preferred Why Apply?
