Job Description

Position Summary:
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for managing daily front office operations, including client intake, scheduling, and maintaining accurate client records in the EMR system. This role ensures smooth coordination between families, clinicians, and administrative staff while supporting ongoing client services and intake processes
Key Responsibilities:
Client Intake & Onboarding Greet and assist new and existing clients in a professional and welcoming manner Manage the full intake process for new clients, including documentation collection and verification Coordinate onboarding steps with clinical and administrative teams Ensure all intake paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriatelyScheduling & EMR Management Maintain and update client schedules in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system daily Schedule initial evaluations, follow-ups, and ongoing therapy sessions. Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and families Monitor cancellations, no-shows, and rescheduling needsFront Office Operations Answer phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide families with basic information regarding services, intake steps, and scheduling Maintain organized records of client communication and administrative updatesCoordination & Communication Collaborate with clinical staff, supervisors, and billing teams to ensure continuity of care Support efficient client flow between intake and ongoing services Escalate clinical or scheduling concerns to appropriate team members
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred Experience in medical office, ABA clinic, or behavioral health setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with EMR systems and basic computer applications Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
