Job Description

Dental Front Office Coordinator Our privately owned dental practice is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. We are a small, supportive office that takes pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, drama-free environment. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience Answer phones and assist patients with questions Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain accurate patient records Verify insurance benefits, process claims, and help resolve coverage issues Collect payments and assist with billing inquiries Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Utilize Dentrix for scheduling, billing, and patient management Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and faxing Review patient charts and accounts to communicate important information to the team Qualifications Minimum 5 years of dental front office experience required Experience with insurance verification, claims processing, and billing Proficiency with Dentrix Practice Management Software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, codes, and insurance Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining patient confidentiality What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday) Health insurance Retirement plan Paid vacation Supportive, team-oriented workplace Opportunities for professional growth and development If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your contributions are valued and you can make a positive impact on patients every day, we'd love to hear from you!
