Job Description
The front desk position is one of the most important functions in the health care delivery system and the first point where contact is made personally or by telephone. This person will work as part of the medical office team performing necessary clerical duties to prepare patients for the Check In/Out, Registration, Eligibility and Scheduling process. Also responsible for answering telephones, entering data into Electronic Health Record, gathering third party payment information, collecting payments and handling Medical Record requests.
