BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule patients or transfer calls as appropriate. Respond to other requests via email or fax. Verify insurance information Verify physician schedules in advance and obtains insurance referrals as needed. Performs other duties or special projects as assigned by manager. Cross train with other front desk positions
