What You'll Do:
- Greet patients warmly in person and on the phone
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments
- Enter patient and billing information accurately
- Assist with keeping the clinic organized (light cleaning/laundry as needed)
- Bring patients to treatment rooms when needed
- Support therapists and teammates to keep the day running smoothly
- Help create a positive, welcoming, and professional environment for everyone
What We're Looking For:
- Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Team player who takes pride in doing things well
