Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our practice! In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your administrative expertise and customer service skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to oral health excellence. We are a family oriented organization that offers a flexible work environment. (Bonus point - we are off between Christmas and New Years!) Top hourly pay for personal with previous dental office experience. Greet patients warmly, creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Dentrix Ascend Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility checks Collect payments and process co-pays with accuracy Review and update patient medical records while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations Assist with patient intake procedures, including gathering medical history and explaining treatment plans in clear terms Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and respond promptly to patient inquiries Prior experience working in a dental clinic or medical office environment is preferred but not required Strong computer skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation review efficiently Join us to make a difference in patients' lives by providing outstanding administrative support while working in a vibrant team committed to quality care.
