Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage appointments, schedules and missed appointments Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks Entering/Verifying insurance breakdowns and eligibility Communicate with clinical staff regarding patient information and changes to the schedule Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues professionally Take payment and discuss patient balances Handle patient information (HIPAA) Other front office duties
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance Excellent communication and customer service abilities Strong documentation skills Front office experience (Healthcare Setting) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Proficient with technology We are a modern dental office with updated technology and a supportive, collaborative team, committed to providing excellent patient care and a welcoming environment for both patients and staff.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
