Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with warmth and efficiency Schedule appointments and assist with appointment reminders Collect co-payments, deductibles, and insurance information Scan and accurately enter insurance cards and patient records Answer and return patient calls in a timely and courteous manner Perform general data entry and scanning Provide backup support for other front desk responsibilities as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required) Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical or administrative setting (preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Strong computer, 10-key, and data entry skills Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a busy clinic Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred Positive, team-oriented mindset Schedule Monday•
Thursday:
Rotating shifts, 7:15 AM•4:45
PM Friday:
