This position is responsible for supporting daily front-office operations, including patient scheduling, check-in and checkout, phone communication, insurance verification, and payment collection. We are looking for a professional, organized, and dependable individual who communicates effectively and provides excellent service to our patients. Responsibilities Welcome patients and assist with check-in and checkout Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments Maintain accurate patient and insurance information Verify dental insurance benefits Collect payments and provide receipts Communicate clearly with patients and the clinical team Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Assist with insurance claims and billing based on experience Perform other general front-office duties as needed
Qualifications:
Friendly and professional communication skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy office Comfortable using computers and learning new software Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or dental office experience preferred The following are a plus: Dental front-office experience Dental billing or insurance experience Knowledge of dental terminology Experience with dental practice-management software Fluency in
