This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our optical lab by providing administrative and logistical support. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Flexible hours based on office needs and candidate availability
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Scan and organize patient and office documentation accurately Maintain and update records in compliance with office procedures Assist with inventory management, including tracking and restocking supplies Unpack and organize incoming eyeglass frames and optical shipments Prepare and coordinate outgoing shipments Support team members with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a medical or optical setting preferred, but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer proficiency Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
