We are a boutique plastic surgery practice located on the seacoast of NH and an industry leader seeking an assertive, self-motivated, organized, poised, candidate with positive attitude! The ideal candidate would have experience in plastic surgery, medical spa, day spa/salon, luxury retail or hospitality industry. This role requires someone who loves to interact with others, extremely competent, confident and knowledgeable over-the-phone and in-person with our established patients, VIP's, new patient inquiries, colleagues, vendors, media and more. A Receptionist at our practice will deliver the highest quality of service to our patients, can solve problems and remain composed in challenging situations. We are looking for someone with a good eye for detail along with impeccable interpersonal skills to ensure an amazing experience for our patients. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive in the office and ensure the first impression is a great one Answer incoming phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments Ensure reception area is welcoming and clean Act as a valued resource for our patients by providing accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Ensure the patient experience is consistent with our brand Understands our treatment and service offerings and can answer questions Skills Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Concierge or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional and positive attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Passion for customer service attitude Successful problem-solving skills Think independently and possess good judgement
