Job Description

Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Care CoordinatorHolistic Dental Center of Brick - Brick, NJ We're looking for an experienced, dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Holistic Dental Center of Brick. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a busy dental office run smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients and play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they call or walk through the door. Tuesdays- Fridays (36-40 hours/week) Responsibilities Answer phones and schedule new and existing patients Manage appointment confirmations and help keep the schedule full Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out Collect copays, balances, and treatment deposits Coordinate referrals, records, and treatment follow-ups Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorizations (We outsource all insurance payment processing, will just need to follow up on collecting balances/copays) Manage recall and reactivation efforts Process payments and daily deposits Qualifications Dental office experience minimum 2 years required Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable discussing finances and collecting payments Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Bonus opportunities Paid time off Dental benefits Opportunities for growth and advancement A supportive team environment We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys helping patients, and wants to be part of a practice that is continuing to grow.
