Job Description

We are looking for a highly diligent and welcoming Dental Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. If you are a true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and never hesitates to step up and help out, we want you on our team!
What You Will Do Patient Experience:
Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out procedures, and ensure the reception area is organized and inviting.
Scheduling:
Manage the daily schedule, coordinate appointments, and communicate effectively with referring general dentists' offices.
Administration:
Handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain accurate digital patient records.
Financial Coordination:
Verify dental insurance benefits, process payments, and explain treatment plans and financial estimates to patients.
Team Support:
Jump in and assist fellow staff members wherever needed to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Prior experience in a dental front office (endodontic experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right fit).
Work Ethic:
A diligent, proactive professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities.
Mindset:
A strong team-first mentality with a willingness to support the clinical staff and management without hesitation.
