Full-time Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time or part-time front desk receptionist at our private dental practice. We are looking for a detail oriented team player with prior dental front desk experience.
Duties:
Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally Verifying dental insurance benefits Taking in patient and insurance payments Utilize Open Dental for patient management Going over treatment plans with patients and answering their questions Maintain organized patient records and update information as needed Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow Familiarity with dental terminology to assist patients with inquiries Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist Knowledge of dental office procedures and protocols Must be able to use a computer and understand insurance websites Proficiency in using phone systems and administrative tasks If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping patients, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
