We are currently hiring for full-time positions , with some scheduling flexibility based on office needs and candidate availability. AliveDrip Medical is a fast-paced, high-volume medical practice . Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, assisting patients professionally, and maintaining accuracy and organization in a busy front-desk environment. Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments using the office phone system Provide administrative support, including answering patient questions and collecting outstanding balances Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality Assist with general front desk duties such as scanning, faxing, and maintaining an organized office space Must be able to work at any of our locations
Schedule Requirements:
Applicants should be available during the following hours of operation: Monday•
Friday:
9:00 am•8:00
PM Saturday:
8:00 AM•4:00
PM Qualifications:
Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus

From $17.50 per hour
