Part Time | Tuesday (9am-5pm), Wednesday (half day) & Thursday (9am-5pm) •

Are you a personable and professional front desk specialist seeking growth in a dynamic medical environment? Our expanding orthopedic practice is looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our patient experience. We pride ourselves on delivering efficient, compassionate, and high-quality care. As the first point of contact for our patients, your role is essential in creating a positive and organized environment from the moment they arrive.
What You'll Do:
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate patient intake documentation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in a medical office (orthopedic or specialty experience preferred)
  • Communication Skills:
    Clear, friendly, and confident—great with patients and colleagues alike
  • Multitasking Ability:
    Detail-oriented and efficient, even in a fast-paced setting
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficient with EMR systems and general office software
Language Requirement:

COMPENSATION
In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, we disclose that this position falls within Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table applicable to the NY, NJ, CT, and PA region. Compensation will be based on experience and education. PI4c91135bab9a-25404-40991776
