Job Description

Beautiful State of the Art Office in Englishtown/Manalapan is looking add a Front Office Receptionist / Office Co Ordinator to the Practice. Having Prior Dental Office Front Office experience is desirable. Knowing Open Dental Patient management software is a big plus, but other dental office patient management software experience will also be considered. The candidate should have the below qualifications to apply. Ability to take calls and make appointments. Take billing and insurance details from patients. Check Benefits and Insurance based on insurance details. Help patients fill out medical forms. Enter EOBs into the system and process credit card and other forms of payments. Fill Treatments plans for patients in Open Dental Advise patients on recommended oral hygiene. Order Dental Supplies and keep inventory of supplies. Have pleasant manners and deal with patients in a cordial manner. Please rush in your resumes. We are interviewing immediately and looking to hire as soon as possible.
