Astro Pediatric Dentistry is a community-rooted practice serving multi-ethnic families who value quality preventive care. We're built on transparency, empathy, and integrity — and we're looking for a Dental Receptionist who is the warm, organized first impression every patient and family deserves.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of dental front-desk experience (pediatric experience preferred) Proficiency with dental practice management software (Archy) Knowledge of dental insurance billing and verification Strong communicator, comfortable with pediatric patients and families Reliable, punctual, and highly organized Ability to commute to Fairfield, NJ 07004 DUTIES Greet patients and families and manage check-in and check-out Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments Verify insurance eligibility and process claims and billing Collect co-pays and patient payments at time of service Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories Coordinate with clinical staff to manage patient flow Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines Perform other administrative duties as assigned
