Job Description

Our growing orthopedic practice is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills while facilitating a seamless and positive experience for every patient.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner. Verify insurance coverage and update patient records in EMR system. Collect co-pays and process payments in accordance with office policies. Ensure all required documentation is complete and maintained accurately. Collaborate with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow. Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed. Schedule appointments and assist with making sure patients receive appropriate forms. Experience /
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial. Strong computer and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and commitment to patient-centered service.

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
