Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
  • Utilize computerized systems to check-in patients, update records, and process payments, verify insurance for each patient, filing, answering the phones.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Preferably speak: Fluent in Spanish and portuguese.
Experience:
  • Previous experience working in a dental office or similar front desk role preferred (2 years)
  • Familiarity with phone systems and computerized scheduling software (Eagle Soft)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle patient inquiries and complaints
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and basic medical terminology
