Dental Front Office Coordinator Job Summary Jersey Dental Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, scheduling, and patient communication. This position plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience and maintaining efficient office operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with professionalism and excellent customer service Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain a productive schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage to patients Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Answer phones, manage patient records, and maintain HIPAA compliance Assist with collections, recalls, and unscheduled treatment follow-up Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience required Strong knowledge of PPO, Medicaid, and dental insurance verification Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar dental software Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dental office Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
