Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for our clients and staff. We are currently seeking a part-time Office Administrator to help keep our front office running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with professionalism and warmth Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars. Handle patient check-in/check-out, insurance verifications, and basic billing tasks Maintain accurate and organized digital and paper records Assist therapists and management with administrative needs Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front office and waiting area Handle email communications and supply ordering
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly, professional demeanor and a team player attitude Ability to maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Why Join Us?
