ProCare Dental is looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with dental office experience , a pleasant personality, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to continue learning and growing. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule Verify patient information and insurance Understand basic dental insurance benefits and terminology Collect copays, deductibles, and patient balances Present treatment estimates and assist patients with scheduling treatment Maintain accurate patient information Communicate effectively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and other team members Help provide an excellent patient experience from check-in through check-out Qualifications Previous dental office/front desk experience required Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working with computers and dental software Basic understanding of dental terminology and insurance Ability to multitask in a busy dental practice Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Open Dental experience is a plus.
Schedule Full-Time Monday-Thursday:
9:00 AM
  • 6:00 PM Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM
