In this vital role, you will manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and support the smooth operation of our office. Your energetic approach will ensure patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. With your attention to detail and positive attitude, you'll help create an efficient, professional environment that prioritizes excellent patient service and seamless administrative support. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to ensure a positive first impression Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using medical office management software Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update medical records accurately Answer incoming phone calls promptly, providing clear information or directing inquiries to appropriate staff Manage correspondence including emails, faxes, and mail to keep communication flowing smoothly Support medical staff by preparing necessary documentation and maintaining organized files Handle billing processes, including processing payments and insurance claims with precision and confidentiality Qualifications Proven experience working in a medical office environment or similar healthcare setting Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical administrative procedures Excellent office skills with proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications Previous experience in a dental or healthcare office is a plus but not required Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding patient care through energetic service and meticulous administrative support.
