Front Desk Coordinator — Private Dental Practice We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing private dental practice. We are looking for someone who is professional, positive, and enjoys creating an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call to check-out. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
Responsibilities include:
  • Welcoming patients and creating a warm, comfortable experience
  • Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling and questions
  • Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient schedule
  • Confirming appointments and helping reduce cancellations/no-shows
  • Verifying insurance information and assisting with patient billing/questions
  • Coordinating treatment follow-ups and patient communication
  • Communicating professionally with patients, doctor, hygienist, and assistant
  • Helping maintain a positive, organized office environment
Qualifications:
  • Previous dental front desk experience preferred
  • Experience with Dentrix (or similar dental software) a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Professional, upbeat attitude
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
