Medical Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our multi-discipline pain management and rehabilitation facility in Point Pleasant, NJ. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule and confirm appointments, managing a high-volume calendar efficiently. Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and excellent customer service. Verify patient information, process insurance details, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient care and flow. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Address patient inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding customer service. Proficiency in medical software and familiarity with eClincial Work software is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
