Reporting to the Patient Accounts Supervisor, you will play a critical role as the primary point of contact for patient scheduling, incoming inquiries, and referral source communication.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with patients, clients, and referral partners.
Address and resolve patient inquiries, scheduling conflicts, and general service questions.
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments based on practitioner availability.
Document patient feedback/complaints and forward information to quality leadership for resolution.
Collaborate with administrative staff and healthcare practitioners to ensure seamless patient care.
Communicate effectively with insurance providers and referral sources to resolve account or scheduling issues.
Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
