Front Desk Medical Receptionist - Pediatric Therapy Practice Full-Time | Wall, NJ Abilities in Action is seeking a full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our busy and dynamic pediatric therapy practice in Wall, NJ. As the first point of contact for our families, the Front Desk Medical Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment. This position works collaboratively with our administrative team to: Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance benefits and manage authorizations Collect payments and assist with billing Maintain accurate medical records Answer phones, greet patients, and provide exceptional customer service Additional responsibilities include ensuring the front office remains clean, organized, and efficient. Protecting patient confidentiality is essential—this position requires full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
