What We're Looking For:

1-2 year prior experience in medical reception or healthcare administration (dental experience is a strong plus) Confidence managing patient scheduling, insurance verification, and intake processes Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Dentrix (or willingness to learn) A team player who brings positivity, professionalism, and a patient-first attitude every day
