What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact, providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries professionally and efficiently Check patients in and out for appointments, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records Support clinicians and other team members by ensuring patient needs are met Prepare charts, maintain office supplies, and arrange for package pickups or deliveries Collaborate with your team to create a seamless and positive experience for patients Occasionally travel to support other nearby locations
What You Bring:
A genuine passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and professionalism Proficiency with computers, including Google; ability to type 40-50 words per minute Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes Effective verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service environment is a plus Join a workplace where your skills and compassion will make a difference daily.
