Your main task will be front desk administrative duties in the office and contributing each day to ensure the office is operating smoothly. Patient scheduling
  • ensure patients are scheduled correctly.
Perform receptionist duties:
greet patients, answer and direct phone calls, make appointments, check patients in and out.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a dental office but willing to train the right person.
  • Familiar with all aspects of the dental front office (answering phones, scheduling appointment, recall, taking payments and dental terminology.)
  • Friendly, Well-spoken, and great Customer Service.
  • Bilingual a plus
