Overview:
Dental Front Office Team Lead Las Cruces Endodontics We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Team Lead to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our specialty dental practice. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and excited to be part of a team committed to delivering outstanding patient care and an excellent overall experience.
Schedule:
Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of dental front office experience Preferred Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Experience with dental practice management software Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
