This team member will welcome patients to the facility and provide an easy and quick experience to all.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Maximize the patient experience by effectively communicating with the therapist and the patient Complete all admissions paperwork and enter it digitally Verify medical insurance coverage and benefits for each patient Schedule appointments Answer the phone and inquiries Address any patient complaints or concerns Perform clerical work such as filing, copying, and faxing

Qualifications:
