Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and positive Front Desk Receptionist to join our small, busy medical office. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and provides exceptional customer service to every patient. We are looking for someone who is organized, able to multitask, and can remain calm and efficient while managing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. If you have a great attitude, enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, and take pride in providing excellent patient care, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients Answer multi-line phone system and schedule appointments Verify insurance and collect patient information Maintain accurate medical records Collect patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, height, weight) Prepare exam rooms and assist with other administrative and clinical duties as needed Maintain patient confidentiality and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Previous medical office experience preferred Ability to accurately obtain vital signs (or willingness to be trained) Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to quality healthcare delivery through exceptional administrative support!
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
