Dental Receptionist Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Currently, our office is seeking a Dental Receptionist for our practice in Ruidoso, New Mexico . The ideal candidate will bring multi-tasking abilities and the ability to learn and adapt to changes along with being reliable and a people person who loves to help people! Does this describe you? We invite you to apply with your most up to date resume! Duties/Responsibilities Follow-Up on patient treatment plans. Maintain a full practice schedule to include filling gaps in the calendar. Greet and welcome patients to the practice. Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed. Assist patients with filling out new patient forms. Update patient records and document recent treatments and procedures. Verify methods of payment and collect payments as needed. Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing. Verify patients' health insurance, explain insurance benefits, and follow up on insurance claims.
