Experience:
1-3 years of professional customer service experience is required (prior experience in a dental or medical front office is a major bonus!).
Technical Skills:
Confidence handling multi-line phone systems and basic computer software.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, a warm professional presence, and sharp attention to detail.
Mindset:
