Job Description
We are seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential in creating an exceptional patient experience, managing front-office operations, and supporting the clinical team with scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience Greet patients warmly and professionally in person and by phone Create a calm, welcoming, and supportive environment Explain office procedures, services, and financial policies clearly Assist patients with forms, check-in, and check-out Scheduling & Coordination Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Minimize schedule gaps and manage last-minute changes Insurance & Financial Duties Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Submit insurance claims and follow up as needed Collect co-payments and process payments accurately Explain treatment estimates and payment options Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate patient records in the practice management system Manage phone calls, emails, and text communications Handle referrals and inter-office communications Support compliance with HIPAA and office protocols About us At Anthem Dental & Implants we are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.
