Our team is passionate about patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and a supportive work culture. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth patient experience from the first phone call to the final follow-up. Key Responsibilities Greet patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment Manage incoming call,schedule appointments, confirm visits, and handle patient inquiries Verify dental insurance, process claims, and collect copayments and balances Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Coordinate daily patient flow, ensuring efficient scheduling for both hygiene and operative procedures Communicate effectively with clinical team members to support patient care Handle front office duties including correspondence, billing and follow-ups Marketing the practice through person to person contacting and social media Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a dental front office (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Dentrix Strong organizational and multitasking skills excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance procedures, and HIPAA compliance Team Player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow with the practice What we
